Terms of use

Last updated: June 2026
Short version: this is a cosy corner of the internet, not a medical service. Use it kindly, don't misuse the AI, and know that everything here is for entertainment and emotional support only.

Who runs this

Angry Mummy is a personal project run by one person based in England. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What Angry Mummy is, and what it isn't

Angry Mummy is an entertainment and emotional support site for mothers. It is not a medical service, a mental health service, a therapy service, or a crisis service. Nothing on this site, including any response from the AI, should be taken as medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or your local emergency services.

The AI confessional

The AI feature on this site is powered by a large language model. Its responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human before you see them. They are intended to feel warm and supportive, but they are not infallible, not professional, and not a substitute for real human connection or qualified help.

Please do not share information you would not want transmitted to a third-party AI provider. See the Privacy page for details on how your input is handled.
